目前该插件的版本是2.1.1，可以在最新发布的WordPress 2.3版本下正常工作。此简体中文的语言包根据2.1.1版中提供的 po 文件翻译制作。

使用方法:

  1. 修改 wp-config.php 的语言配置项， ‘define (‘WPLANG’, ‘zh_CN’)’ 这是修改后的代码。
  2. 解压 mo 文件到 ‘/wp-content/plugins’ 根目录下，不要解压到 subscribe-to-comments 插件目录下，经测试，解压到 ‘/wp-content/plugins’ 根目录下才有效，可能是插件的原因。
